Job Description:

- Working Hours: (in person) Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements:

- Experience in export-import and international trade.

- Knowledge in functional food is a plus.

- Proficient in English and Vietnamese communication, both written and spoken.

Job Description: (can be remote working)
Hera USA Corporation is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the company’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense reporting.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other reports.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor company finances to maintain positive cash flow.
- Perform regular audits to ensure financial accuracy.
- Provide support during the tax preparation process.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage financial and accounting tasks as needed.
- Utilize accounting software and tools to maintain accurate financial records.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
