Position 1: Office Staff – International Trade Coordinator (Vietnam – USA)

Job Description:

      • Conduct international trade activities between Vietnam and the USA.

      • Communicate and negotiate contracts with business partners in the USA.

      • Handle export-import procedures and related documentation.

      • Drive for internal tasks as needed.

      • Support tasks related to functional food and office management.
      • Working Hours: (in person) Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    Requirements:

        • Experience in export-import and international trade.

        • Knowledge in functional food is a plus.

        • Proficient in English and Vietnamese communication, both written and spoken.

        • University degree, preferably in related fields.
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
        • Strong internet research and email communication abilities.

        • Driving skills and a valid driver’s license.

        Job Description: (can be remote working)

        Hera USA Corporation is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the company’s financial operations.

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Manage and process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense reporting.
        • Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other reports.
        • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
        • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
        • Reconcile bank statements and monitor company finances to maintain positive cash flow.
        • Perform regular audits to ensure financial accuracy.
        • Provide support during the tax preparation process.
        • Collaborate with other departments to manage financial and accounting tasks as needed.
        • Utilize accounting software and tools to maintain accurate financial records.

        Required Qualifications:

        • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
        • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
        • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
        • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
        • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
        • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
        • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
